Love Yourself Enough

Love yourself enough to face the storm
To stand in the chaos and slowly transform.
Not with force or a hurried demand,
But with patience, like carving stone by hand.
Love yourself enough to meet your pain
To sit with discomfort, again and again.
To trace the patterns you long to release,
And know in the breaking, you’ll find your peace.
Love yourself enough to hear the lies
The voice that doubts, the fear that cries.
To hold it gently, but not let it stay,
For love whispers truth and lights the way.
Love yourself enough to begin anew
To stumble, to falter, and still push through.
For each small shift, each moment of grace,
Is a step toward healing, a sacred embrace.
Love yourself enough to rewrite the tale
To rise from the depths where you thought you’d fail.
For the hardest work births the brightest light,
And your love for yourself is your truest fight.
